Because of Dolphin Hellas and Uli our 45th wedding anniversary was a spectacular success. This is our first trip where we trusted someone else to attend to our hotels and transfers. Uli's attention to every detail, her precise coordination ensured our comfort and worry-free travel. If there was an issue (noisy Hotel as an example) Uli took care of it, if there was a ferry strike, she assured us she would assist us. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient as there were many queries on our part. Thank-you Uli! You are the best!

We were so glad we consulted with Uli at Dolphin Hellas when trip planning for our three week grand tour of Greece became complicated! Uli handled all our ferries, transfers and many hotels. Some tour operators will do "all or nothing" but Uli was fine with the fact that I had already booked a couple of hotels and also wanted 5 nights in Crete with no reservations so we could be flexible and spontaneous. There was never a problem, always a driver waiting with our name on a sign. Twice I realized I wanted to change the time of a scheduled pickup and both happened to be Sundays. Nevertheless, Uli was reachable and accomplished exactly what we wanted with zero fuss. She is also simply delightful to work with and her English is remarkably good. Thank you Uli!
