She understood exactly what I wanted and I was pleased with every aspect of the planning. Communication was very prompt and thorough. Uli also got back to me quickly on a weekend, when two in our group could not locate their driver. We used Dolphin-Hellas to arrange all aspects of a recent trip to Greece for my husband and myself, my daughter, and our 15-year-old grandson. It was wonderful!
We spent ten days in Greece, stayed on 3 islands Santorini, Milos and Paros…with a side trip to Antiparos), and spent time in Delphi and Athens. Marilena at Dolphin-Hellas worked with us every step of the way, selecting hotels, drivers, ferries, domestic flights, special excursions and guides to fit our interests and budget. When we requested a fishing expedition to accommodate our grandson's passion, she acknowledged they didn't have experience with that kind of tour, but went to work finding one, and it turned out to be the highlight of our grandson's trip!
Our drivers were all prompt and courteous and our guides in Santorini, Antiparos and Delphi were very knowledgeable. Our Athens guide was exceptional, creating a special side excursion on the spur of the moment that he thought would appeal to our grandson. And he was right!
Marilena engaged in many planning conversations with me on the front end and kept in touch every step of the way during the trip, which was very reassuring. She was responsive when questions popped up, as were the agencies she had partnered with on the islands. We had the chance to meet her briefly toward the end of our trip and we all hugged her as she'd come to feel like family to us! I would recommend Dolphin-Hellas to anyone traveling to Greece and looking to create a special trip, tailored to your specific interests. They're a top notch group!

All of our arrangements went as planned. Our flights and car rentals went very smoothly, never a problem.

Overall experience was good. There was an error with the name on our flight tickets which caused us problems, maybe doing a review with us prior to final booking would have been helpful to prevent this. Appreciate the credit that was provided for the inconvenience.

This agency was a fantastic surprise Uli is a rockstar. She communicated extensively on what we might like and what not. Were we interested in this? Does this look good? All great questions and information to allow us to make good decisions. I strongly recommend these “Greece” experts plan your trip. You won’t regret it. We had zero issues, from planes, trains and automobiles not one late driver, not one delayed transport and amazingly timely response to and and all questions! They are the absolute best!

Going through this agency took all the stress out of planning this vacation. Greece was a lifelong dream destination for me. But as someone who is not use to international travel, especially with minors, I was nervous. I was unsure how to navigate island hoping and getting the trip I envisioned. From the start, Uli answered every question I had. Helping guide me through picking the right islands for the time of year and how long to spend on each to fit within the flights in and out of Athens we had already purchased. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I would only mention that it was difficult for us to tour all day without a lunch break which apparently was not planned for. We are used to having lunch around 12:00 or 1:00 and these tours seemed to be planned to go until approximately 2:00 pm or later. We ended up asking the guides for a break after the first day, which they were able to accommodate but it added extra stress.

Both agents Uli & her colleague were responsive, helpful & willing to adjust when I'd make a request & were quick to satisfy my desires. I'd recommend them. Be sure they know your tastes. They got it right with Chania but with Evia not so good!
