Fantastic trip! My husband and I would not consider ourselves the type who do cruises. Therefore we chose this one based on the small size of the ship. We honeymooned on the islands so wanted to return for our wedding anniversary. The ship was in excellent shape, the food fantastic, the crew exceptional and the excursions a must! I think the itineraries were not overly taxing physically. We spent plenty of time in port for those who didn't want to go with the tours but I would strongly suggest going to the archaeological sites. They are some of the best in the Med.

Overall about Variety Cruises:
The crew were extremely professional, attentive and genuine in their care of all the passengers. No one went to bed unhappy or hungry! The ship was in excellent shape and the rooms were spacious for the size of the ship. We don't consider ourselves cruise type people but I would definitely cruise with Variety Cruises again.
