4-day land tours to Nafplion, Epidaurus, Mycenae, Olympia, Delphi and Meteora

Return: 6:30 pm on the fourth day
Highlights:

1^st day: Leave Athens at 8.30 a.m. for the Corinth Canal via the new scenic highway (short stop). Drive to Epidaurus (visit of the archaeological site and the Theatre of Epidaurus, famous for its acoustics) and then on to Nafplion, where you have the afternoon free to explore this charming old town or visit the new gallery with paintings dedicated to the Greek revolution. Dinner and overnight in Nafplion.
2^nd day: Departure around 12:30 to visit Mycenae, the kingdom of the Atrides family, where you will see among other things the vaulted tomb of Agamemnon. Then we will proceed to Olympia, driving through Tripolis and Megalopolis (short stop). Dinner and overnight in Olympia.
3^rd day: In the morning visit of the archaeological site of Olympia, including the Temple of Zeus, the Temple of Hera, the altar of the Olympic flame, the Stadium and the renovated museum. Departure from Olympia via Patras (short stop) to Rion, cross the Corinthian bay over the new bridge to Antirion. Drive by Nafpaktos, along the coastal road to Delphi. In the afternoon, visit the picturesque but also quite cosmopolitan village of Arachova. Dinner and overnight in Delphi.
4^th day: In the morning visit of the archaeological site and the museum of Delphi and in the early afternoon drive back to Athens.

Return: 6:30 pm on the fourth day
Highlights:

1^st day: Leave Athens at 8.30 a.m. for the Corinth Canal via the new scenic highway (short stop). Drive to Epidaurus (visit of the archaeological site and the Theatre of Epidaurus, famous for its acoustics) and then on to Nafplion (short stop). Drive to Mycenae where you visit the archaeological site, then depart for Olympia through central Peloponnese area passing the cities of Megalopolis and Tripolis. Dinner and overnight in Olympia.
2^nd day: In the morning visit of the archaeological site of Olympia. Departure from Olympia via Patras to Rion, cross the Corinthian bay to Antirion. Drive through Nafpaktos, via the scenic new road along the coast, to Delphi. Dinner and overnight in Delphi.
3^rd day: In the morning visit of the archaeological site and the museum of Delphi. Drive to Kalambaka through Amphissa, Lamia, Trikala. Dinner and overnight in Kalambaka.
4^th day: In the morning visit of the breathtaking Meteora and in the early afternoon drive back to Athens passing via Thermopylae (visit) and Kammena Vourla.
