The
hotel is located on Syntagma (Constitution) Square, the very heart of Athens and
has been totally re-built and restored in its former splendour after a 14 year
pause. The Hotel’s 118 rooms and suites have been luxuriously refurbished, many
facing the famous square, whilst the higher floors afford views of the Acropolis
and Lycabettus Hill.

is the former L.J.V Meridien,
also
occupying a very good location, and offering views to the Acropolis and the

It is in a quiet side street only a short walk from the US Embassy, the Athens
Concert Hall and the respective metro station that gives one easy access to the
historical centre of the city. There are two buildings (one across the street
from the other): the one is the hotel with 32 units (standard & executive rooms
as well as suites), reception, bar and restaurant, and the other houses studios
and apartments.
Both buildings are air-conditioned throughout, and offer accommodation in very
spacious units that have private facilities (with shower or bathtub/ W.C),

The
Electra hotel (110 rooms) is located on a pedestrian zone
(Ermou street) with very good shops right on the Constitution square and has
been recently renovated and refurbished. All rooms with private
facilities, A/C, fully soundproof, TV, direct dial phone. General
facilities include bar, restaurant, coffee shop and conference facilities.
Right
in the commercial centre of Athens, just a few meters from Syntagma Square; the
Astor offers a good standard of accommodation, as it was completely renovated at
the beginning of 1999. It is walking distance to the Parliament, about 20
minutes walk to the Acropolis (you can take also the metro from Syntagma to
Acropolis) and the museum, some 500m from the National Garden and the old city
quarters of Plaka. All 130 of its rooms have private facilities, A/C, TV, direct
dial phone. The hotel’s general facilities include lounge in the reception area,
bar, restaurant on the 10th floor with view Acropolis, conference

Hotel
Magna Grecia is a small boutique hotel located in the historic and shopping
center of Athens, in a neo-classical building designed in 1898 from the German
architect Ernest Chiller with extraordinary architectural philosophy of the

new hotel is located on a side street, only 2 minutes walk from Syntagma square
and about 10 minutes on foot to Plaka,
15 minutes on foot to the Acropolis and just around the corner from one of the
best shopping streets in Athens. It was completely renovated in 1998 and offers
a very good standard of accommodation. All rooms have private facilities
(bathtub/shower and W.C., toiletries), hairdryer, TV, mini bar, electronic safe,
direct dial phone, key card locks, A/C (warm/cold), central heating and balcony.
General facilities: reception, bar, breakfast room where rich continental buffet
breakfast is served. Children up to 4 years old are free of charge, when sharing
the room with two full paying adults. Children 4-12 years old have a discount.
Baby cots are available without extra charge. The hotel has also family rooms,
either one bedroom with 4 single beds or two rooms with connecting door. Some
rooms on the top 3 floors have view to the Acropolis.

It is a short walk to the Plaka, Syntagma square and the metro station there.
