Description of the accommodation

The Electra Palace completed its very expensive renovation (that led to a category upgrade) in 2003 and it is located right in the heart of Plaka.

There are 135 standard rooms and 20 suites, all with classic decoration featuring wooden elegant floors and marble tiled bathrooms. Room amenities include air conditioning and central heating, electronic safe, TV, direct dial phone in the bedroom and the bathroom, Wi-Fi internet connection, mini bar, desk with desktop lamp, hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers, soundproof windows.

Among the standard rooms, there are 33 superior ones with an excellent view to the Acropolis, the same as all of the suites and most of the junior suites. The suites have separate sitting room, Jacuzzi bathtub and some have separate shower cubicles.

The rooftop outdoor swimming pool and the Electra roof garden restaurant offer full view to the Acropolis of Athens. On the lobby level one can find the Motivo breakfast room & restaurant and the Duck Tail bar, both with view to the beautiful hotel’s garden.

The general facilities of the hotel also include spa facilities with indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, steam bath and massage room, meeting facilities for up to 300 persons, underground garage, 24-hour reception and room service, valet and laundry service as well as Wi-Fi available in all hotel areas.
