The celebrated director will be guiding an exceptional cast from the National Theatre of Greece through Chrysa Prokopaki’s contemporary verse translation of the work.
Following on from the success of Antigone, Lefteris Voyiatzis returns to the ancient theater with a masterpiece by Molière – Amphitryon (1668), a comedy inspired by Plautus’ play of the same name which took its subject-matter from Greek mythology.
